[HOW TO] Submit a Ban Appeal

Make sure ALL fields are filled in with accurate information about yourself before you submit your appeal. Failure to do so will result in the nullification of your appeal. Your appeal will likely be reviewed by the administrator who is responsible for your ban, and a decision should be reached within 48 hours. Once a decision is made on an appeal, it is final, and any other ban appeals regarding the same ban will be disregarded.
